It is strongly encouraged that all conference presentations be made available offline.

The 2016 “You Are Here” Conference cannot guarantee internet connectivity on Saturday, March 12th. Therefore, we strongly encourage conference panelists to prepare their presentations on a USB thumb drive.

Rooms used for workshops, breakout sessions, panels, keynote presentations, etc. will have projection screens, USB drive capabilities, and VGA connectivity. Although the conference staff should have Mac adapter/”dongle” cords for flexible use of the VGA connector, the conference will not be responsible for proper hook-up of technologies.

Panelists are responsible for preparing their own presentations–including bringing proper adapters, storage devices, visual aids, etc.

We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen technology.
